BEFORE TEETH WHITENING INSTRUCTIONS: No brushing or flossing 4 hours prior to appointment, plan to eat before you come

AFTER TEETH INSTRUCTIONS:  First 2 hours: no food, drink lots of water

The first 24 hours is an all white diet (white rice, white bread, chicken turkey, pasta, white sauce, cauliflower, etc)

How long will your results last?  They vary from person to person based on your current food/drink habits but we do highly encourage a monthly home maintenance regimen and/or a whitening touch-up pen to use after coffee or wine.  We also recommend completing a laser touch-up once every 6 months but it is safe to do every 6 weeks if needed.
